Sarah Worden

Sarah is a multidisciplinary aerial artist based in metro Detroit. She has been training in aerial arts for the last five years, and her performance combines artistry with the masochism of dance upon metal bars.

In addition to performing, Sarah teaches lyra in Ferndale, Michigan at Aerial Dragonfly Studio.
