Squid Lid

Zirco Fish is the brain meat behind Squid Lid x Krampus Ball in Toronto, Canada.  He started the Dark Electro Industrial Beats of Squid Lid 15 years ago with founding creative partner Jonah K.  Strange x Creepy signature Glowing Masks have always accompanied the music and performance project since the beginning.  As time went by, shows developed into annual themed costume parties.  Krampus Ball was the first event to be created 13 years ago (only missing one year in the pandemic to make way for a 17 clue scavenger hunt that spanned the entirety of Toronto’s largest park).  Mermaid Ball x Skeledance have since emerged from the Squid Lid party events roster; however, Krampus Ball has remained the fave for both party goers and the organizer alike. 

 

Zirco Fish is beyond delighted to share in the vision of bringing this alternative event to the holiday season.  Providing a space for fellow freaks and adventurers that allows darker expression in a season riddled with so much capitalist "Comfort + Joy" alongside all fam jam strains is something Zirco Fish takes great pleasure in.  There is no light without the delicious furry horned shadows.
